Sculptural Chocolate Mountain Wedding Cake

I was approached by Hayley to create a sculptural wedding cake using chocolate as a medium. Hayley requested that the cake should look like the shape of a sharp jagged mountain complete with chocolate fir trees, bear, wolves, deer and rabbits. It's always really exciting to collaborate with creative brides, this project challenged my skills and pushed me to create a truly individual piece. I will always be very proud of how the elements of this design came together.

The mountain was created out of 4 tiers of cake. Each tier was a different flavour - Beetroot Chocolate, Blueberry & Lemon, White Chocolate & Raspberry and Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel.
